The location here is very convenient, the staff members are exceptionally nice, and the rooms are stylish, comfortable, and come with tea.

Excellent staff where problems with Wi-Fi, due to own pc, were sorted out without quibble. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The breakfast was good.
Sadly the hotel lacked a restaurant. If Best Hotels did decide to provide this I'm sure that the result would be same as their breakfasts which were quite good. Relying on the nearby Toscana restaurant is not a good idea as this was literally a 'bikers cafe' with associated poor quality.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the center of town. It is also conveniently located next to the dual carriageway, making it easy to explore the Normandy beaches. The rooms may have been remodeled recently, as the shower appeared new. Additionally, the breakfast was included in the rate, which was a nice touch.
All was okay.

even though the hotel is near the freeway, the windows were sound proof, and there was a restaurant a few steps away open late with friendly staff
uncomfortable beds, lack of shower curtain in the bathroom, very small rooms

Stayed for a weekend in a lovely hotel. Room was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and quality bedding. The breakfast was continental and had a good variety of food and beverages. Plus, the location was perfect, as it was close to the town center and some nice places to dine out.
The room did not have any air conditioning, which made it difficult to sleep when the window was open because of the noise from the passing cars. The bathroom was also not well cleaned, with a smelly toilet and poor ventilation.

Offered a family room at a reasonable price, ideal for stopover; somewhere to sleep while travelling. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The bedroom and the breakfast room were extremely hot and stuffy.

Easy to find, friendly helpful staff, close to town and motorway, and also close to restaurants and supermarket. Hotel location was quiet and comfortable.
Only way I can fault is that they ran out of beer!

I found this hotel to be a great value for money. The room was subject to a recent refurbishment, very clean, and had all the necessary amenities, including plenty of tea and coffee. The breakfast was also very good, with a variety of fresh fruit and make-your-own orange juice. The staff were great, making for a pleasant stay. the hotel facilities were great, and there was plenty of parking available.
Nothing.
